Square/Plaut Manor
Located
on Eglinton Avenue West between Keele and Caledonia, this program
offers attendant support services twenty-four hours a day, 365 days
a year in two buildings which are managed by the Toronto Community
Housing Corporation. The maximum capacity is 13 apartments.
Aldebrain
Tower
Located
on Lawrence Avenue East at Birchmount Road, this program offers
twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year attendant support services
is a building located at Lawrence and Birchmount which is managed
by Aldebrain Attendant Care Services of Toronto. The maximum capacity
is 13 apartments.
Outreach
Attendant Service Program
Attendant support
services are provided from 6 AM B 12 AM, 365 days a year on a visitation
basis. Program boundaries are the entire City of Toronto north of
Eglinton Avenue. The maximum capacity is 18 service spots
